7.4. Act like a leader, not like a boss: People choose leaders, following them to hell and back, whereas bosses are foisted upon them. Lead your team, support, learn from them, and correct them — don’t be a giving order and checking at the end of the day work. Appreciate your team efforts, as even leaders understand they could have never made it this far alone.
